Saving African Families Enterprise (SAFE) is a United States-based, non-profit organization. We were founded in 2001 and immediately set out to raise funds in order to buy and donate medicine and provide other assistance to African families living with HIV/AIDS.
For nearly 15 years, SAFE has been making progress on fighting a seemingly insurmountable health problem. While no cure for HIV/AIDs is yet available, we remain optimistic. We are seeing a dramatic increase in the quality of life for those who have access to life-saving anti-retro viral therapy (ART). SAFE is committed to helping affected families get access to ART.
